With Xmas on the way, no time to leave the fermenter empty! Without knowing what the last Mutons tastes like, I thought I would give their IPA a go.
Tasting Notes
By time Xmas came – 5 weeks in the bottle and it was darn tasty I must say! Only 6 days in the fermenter so probably good we did not taste this until Xmas time.
