| 1kg | Copper Tun czech Pilsner No.62 brewers mix |
| Yeast from the kit |
| 2 Carbonation drops per 750ml bottle |
Time for a Pilsner (Xmas is coming and I wanted a well stocked fridge!). Not that I have the ability to control the temperature of the fermenter so this is going to be brewed at an ale temp. I thought I would give the Copper Tun brewers mixes a go as I did not want the Pilsner too malty.
Tasting Notes
Not being a big Pilsner drinker I cannot comment to much – it was drinkable.
