Finally an IPA! My favourite style of beer for a while now, and I can imagine for a while to come. I know hard to get a truly spectacular IPA home brewing, but good ones are good and it is fun to start trying.
Notes
As soon as I open the can of amber malt I know it is too dark for the look I wanted. Something I soon learn is it is hard to find pale extract in liquid form at any of the local suppliers – might have to start using dry. This time I used only just over 1ltr of boiling water trying not to get it too hot again. 23 deg C pitching temp.

An ok beer – I never wrote any notes on it. From memory not conditioned long enough.
